Field Operations and Customer Services Group

The COMARK Customer Service Group in Southwick MA is comprised of two groups working together. The first group is traditionally thought of as the Customer Service Group which answers customers' technical questions. The second group is traditionally thought of as the Field Services Group.

These functions comprise the Operations Group within COMARK. The goal of the group is to ensure customer satisfaction is fully met from initial contract signature through the life of the product. This must be accomplished while keeping the project on schedule and within budget.

The transmission equipment is specialized requiring support services in a variety of engineering disciplines. The Customer Service Group provides customers support through:

Digital IOT Training - October 6-10, 2014

The Comark Paragon and DCX Training Class provides coverage of the entire high power transmitter with special attention to basics of:

• The 8VSB transmission including M/H.

• Classes of amplification and how an IOT amplifies and how an MSDC IOT is more efficient.

• High power RF systems and components.

• Control systems for the individual HPA and the overall system control.

• Hands on experience with exciters and corrections, and with tuning IOT’s.

Cancellation Policy:

By enrolling in a training session using the registration form, e-mail, fax, or telephone, you agree to attend the training session on the prescribed scheduled date. Any cancellation or withdrawal from a session by you or any member or your enrolled party must be received and acknowledged by the Comark Training Coordinator, or designee, at least seven-days prior to the training session start date. Failure to comply with this term may result in a forfeiture of your right to attend, and Thomson's obligation to provide, training.

If the obligation of Comark to provide training is not part of a prevailing purchase and sales agreement or active service contract, and has been prepaid by purchase order or credit card, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals less than seven-days prior to the scheduled training session start date. A 100% refund less a $50.00 administrative charge, per person, will be issued for cancellations or withdrawals completed at least seven-days prior to the training session start date.

Comark reserves the right to cancel a training session if the minimum enrollment quota is not met *. Students pre-registered or enrolled in a cancelled session will be notified by the Comark Training Coordinator at least seven-days prior to the training session start date.
